CHICKEN AND GORGONZOLA BAGUETTE
This fresh baguette is a savory and satisfying sandwich that is perfect for lunch or a quick meal on the go!
Imagine a delicious, fresh sandwich made with soft bread and a perfect crunch on the outside. The richness of a creamy Gorgonzola and the delicious combination of chicken and sun-dry tomatoes.
Ingredients:
(2 servings)
1 Fresh baguette
1 Chicken breast
Mesclun salad
Gorgonzola Dolce
Some sun-dried tomatoes
Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
(30 minutes)
1. Slice the chicken breast and cook it in the pan with some olive oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and add some Provencal Herbs if you like.
2. Slice the baguette lengthwise. If you like the baguette slightly toasted, place it in the oven on bake for 5 minutes.
3. When your baguette is ready (fresh or toasted), spread some Gorgonzola Dolce on both sides of the sandwich to your liking.
4. Add mesclun salad, chicken breast and some sun-dried tomatoes.
