Tasting notes: The cheese is regularly washed with beer during the ripening process and its taste infuses the cheese.

Mont d'Or Petit Sapin

This cheese comes in its wooden box in which it has ripened. This cheese is traditionally eaten baked in the oven with some roasted or boiled potatoes.

Tasting notes: Aromas of straw and mushrooms. The paste should have a pronounced taste of nut, milk and lush pastures
