Cheese or pudding?! A gourmet and original recipe which consists in injecting blue veined cheeses with the chocolate liqueur Choco 21 then immersing them in it for 1 month.

Once they are taken out and dried, the cheeses are coated in cocoa powder and covered in coarsely grated plain, milk and white chocolate.  The maturing period lasts for a total of 5 months. It is a truly remarkable blue cheese!
