Brie and Cranberry Pizza


 1 Pizza Base           

250g Brie        

Cranberry Sauce                 

Basil leaves





1. Heat oven to 180°C. Lightly oil 12-inch pizza base with olive oil. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown. 

2. Spread Cranberry Sauce on pizza base. 

3. Slice the Brie into small cubes and place evenly on top of the cranberry sauce. 

4. Finely chop the Basil leaves and scatter on the Pizza.

5. Return to oven; bake an additional 6 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. 

6. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.


Add slices of smoked chicken if desired for a fuller tasting Pizza.
